Relaxation is our goal for you. Please give yourself a 10 minute head start so that you may enjoy every minute of every service you are receiving. For your relaxation and the relaxation of other guests, please turn off or set cell phone and pagers on vibrate.

...will be confirmed 3 days prior to a scheduled service. Appointments for all spa packages must be guaranteed with a major credit card. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a 24 hour notice; otherwise, we must charge a 50% service scheduling fee. It is important that we remain on schedule for our clients. Being late may shorten your service time, yet your service fee will remain the same. Appointment cancellations MUST be made by phone. A 100% service fee will be charged if you do not call or show for your appointment.

We offer a 100% guarantee on all haircuts, color, perms, and nail services within one week after they were performed. You may book a redo appointment at anytime within the first week. Color and Perm services are guaranteed only with use of recommended at-home care products. We do not refund money. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results Stylists will determine all guarantees. Because of the nature of at home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our skin and hair products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, and provide that 1/2 of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange if for another product or refund money of purchased price. Custom Blended Foundation, sale products, hair bushes, nail polishes, jewelry, purses, and flat irons are non-refundable.
