Models

At various times throughout the year we will be looking for models for cut, style, texture wave, and color. Models can be male and female, of all hair types and ages ( under 18 require parental permission.) Our classes are on weekdays only. If you are interested in being a hair model you need to be flexible and open to ideas of stylist performing the service. Please read the following guidelines:

*Models with mid-length to long hair must be prepared to have two to four inches cut off (length and layers).
*Models with short hair must be prepared for a new style.
*NO Trims
*Fee: None

*Service is up to the discretion of the stylist (ie: color choices and color technique are up to the stylist.)
*If the hair is permed, relaxed, or very damaged we reserve the right not to perform the color service at that time.
*Hair that is considered a color correction will have an additional fee. Fee will be determined at time of appointment & not to exceed $40
*Fee: $0-10.00 Cash Only

*All hair services include a round brush style. Models may receive both cut and color, though they will most likely be on separate days. repeat models are welcomed after 6 weeks. We reserve the right to choose the stylist based on our training needs. Sorry no requests will be honored.

*Models needed for Roller Sets, Round Brush Styles, Curling Iron Styles, and Formal Styles.
*Models for Formal Styles must have hair to the shoulders or longer. Need to be willing to have an avant-garde style and also come in with clean dry hair.
*Fee: None

*Models needed for Texture Wave. Texture gives clients new possibilities in hair design. Can provide "easy maintenance". Texture can help create volume, direction, lift, movement, wave and curls.
*Texture Waves are done on foamtex, texture rods, or flex tools.
*NO regular perms.
*Fee: None
